RETURNS - Returns are accepted with the following criteria

    1) If the product is broken we will accept a return within 15 days of shipment. We will issue a call tag for pick. Please DO NOT send any product to us without contacting our office first so we can issue an RMA tag. Please contact 888-732-7317 for an RMA number to be issued. A full refund or product replacement will be granted once the broken product is received. The decision for refund or replacement will be left up to you, the buyer.

    2) If the product is not what you wanted or expected, we will accept a return within 15 days of your receipt of product. A full refund will be issued for the product portion of your bill when the product is received, inspected and found to be in resellable condition.
